- Single or Multi-Tenant Warehouse Facilities With Minimum Clear Height of 18'
- Bulk Distribution, Flex, Single-Story Office Properties
- Leased, Vacant or Partially Leased Facilities
- Value Add or Cash Flow Investments
- Preferably Located in the Eastern Half of the United States With All Markets Considered
